Return and Refund Policy
At Indigo Roots, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Returned in new, unused condition.

Accompanied by your order details or proof of purchase.
All returns and exchanges of crystals must be made in person by appointment.
Please note: Online crystal orders that are not local pick-up and include shipping are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Crystal Return & Energy Clearing Fee
Because we believe crystals absorb and carry energy from those who work with them, all returned or exchanged crystals are subject to a 25% Energy Clearing Fee. This fee covers the energetic cleansing process required before the crystal can be offered to another person with a clear, positive, and energetically aligned intention.
