Service Description
I want to announce a couple of services I will be offering in the near future! I'm currently a student of Body Awake Yoga and will be finishing up my RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certification and Body Awake Yoga Certification this year! I can't wait to share how breath (prana) and yoga asanas can amplify healing within the body. Embodiment of body, mind, breath is the key to opening all kinds of healing within the body.
I'm also finishing up certifications for Reiki and Moonology to add more options for my clients healing needs. Namaste
